I would like a fairly standard professional looking website, personalised to my products. I would need approx. eight to ten product categories in which to list the different types of lingerie & jewellery. For example ‘Sleepwear / Nightwear’ ‘Basques”Bras’ ‘Briefs & Knickers’ etc The number of items I have listed on ebay at present amount to about 85. These could be reduced if I was able to give choice of colour & size. I cannot do this on ebay satisfactorily so each individual item has to be listed as one.
Standard features would include a logo, basket / checkout, info, home page…all the usual things! I have all the relevant photos for all my stock and use photobucket.com for picture hosting. I use paypal as a payment source and am considering using nochex. I would want to be able to accept credit / debit cards.

I regularly update stock & prices hence I need a system which would enable me to do this myself.

I expect there are other features that I have omitted which I should include, however, I would expect an experienced designer to include any extras that a normal online store would expect to have.

Specifications are as following:
- new design in relationship with real estate
- a new logo
- a touch of Flash is an option but not mandatory (for example, the logo)
- Prefer CSS rather than html tags.
- add a login box in the header
- remove popup menu from the header
- compatible with internet explorer 6 & Firefox

You will not have to modify the php source files, I only need a template in HTML/CSS.

I want a complete and functioning site.. turnkey .. so that all I have to do is find a host.. have you install to the host site.. upload products and get sellers .. and start marketing the site.

I want the site designed to be search engine friendly and optimized.

I also want to integrate some advertising like Google Adsense ..

I want an Amazon Affiliate section for generating more income..

So please look at my sample site closely as it is not as simple as it looks..

i have a basic thing which i designed of which you can go off of, but i would like it to be more complex then what i have (which is not at all complex).

i run a 100% php based website if that plays any affect on you.

I would like to get a quote in building a website. The name of the website will be the poker forum challenge.

I need it to have the ability to allow Forum owners to submit there site including a banner and link back to them. Then it needs the ability to have members to sign up and select one of the forums that were submitted to play for. Each member will have to included there usernames at selected poker sites and be able to edit their profile. They must also provide an e-mail address and validate their account.

I would like the site to have a top navigation bar that includes a link to Home, Rules, Teams, and Forum. I would like a column on the right to included the login or create new account a menu bar including the same as the top menu bar. I would also like to add 125×125 banners in the right column for the site sponsors. The main home and rules page I will add the text. On the teams page I would like it to show all the teams that have players signed up under them. Listing the team name and player total. I would like the team names to link to another page which would show the team banner and link to them and the all the players names that play for them. On the bottom of each team page I need it to show the next event and the password for the event if a player from that team is signed in. I will need to have a way to list the next event and password for each individual team. Also if a players name were clicked on I would like their profile to come up including the username for each poker site.

For the forum I would like to use a phpbb style. It will just be an outside link. I would like it to pull the players data from the main site. So once registered at the main site they will be registered at the forum using the same username and password.
