Should be simple + elegant/appealing.
No heavy flash, little flash ok with html/xml/php

Payment sent upon completion and testing of site

If you can add lots of articles or dynamic content that would be great.

Layered PSD’s will be provided along with wording and product images for the banners.

Work must be carried out to same standards!

The header needs to be expandable, which is why the flash will be small (around 300px wide). I already have a template for the website content, which needs to flow with the header. PM me for website layout and images.

I will need the .psd and .fla files for future editing.

Quality is more important than time for me!

The company are in the fashion industry specialising in import, export, agency agreements etc. The template is already very nice, we wish to make it better, including:-

A. Make the template more unique
B. Add some basic customisations
C. Code the contact us form.
D. Add two additional forms - email only no DB.
E. Add music with and on off control - proper loading functions - we will provide music.
G. Add flash detection and download function.
H. Add logo ticker for brands

Preferred if freelancer is in Toronto, GTA, Niagara Falls or NY region due artist development team location. However, all freelance artists are welcome to bid. Location does NOT ruin chances in receiving contract

The buttons must be made with Photoshop. I want all 3 buttons to be delivered with one PSD-file each. All effects and layers in it.

As I said the buttons must use the same theme as my current design, be unique and of course they must be tempting to click on (for a MMORPG gamer).

The size of the buttons is:

88×31
88×53
468×60

Because of the similar look the buttons will have, it’s not much harder to create 3 buttons instead of 1. I’m aware of this when I’m judging your talents and bids.

For those of you who are not aware of what a vote buttons function is:
When a MMORPG site owner sign up on the list. He will choose between the 3 buttons to place on his website. The button is linked to my top list. Each time one of his visitors vote for his site by clicking the button then his site gets 1 point. The site with most points is listed at the top of the list and gets most visitors back.

More information are given to the choosen one.

Must be expierenced in Graphic Design as well as Flash.

(site should be designed in a way such that Code and Content are completely separate)

Skeletal Structure will include development of Initial Home Page
with an additional 12 skeletal sub pages.

Logo and colour scheme will be provided. We will also provide a
template to follow for the design idea, Freelancer is also welcome
to submit original design for approval.

PHASE II will be launched upon completion of Phase I
PHASE II - incorporating photos and text into existing skeletal structure

Phase II will be launched once the entire skeletal structure and graphic development phase of the project is complete.
