The format that the email is sent in is not user friendly, it appears in the format I have attached (sample-email.pdf). I need a small program written (I dont know what is easier java etc. so you choose) to take the email once it comes into the team leaders email box and extract the data and fill it into the format I have attached (sample-format.pdf) and then send it to the the team leaders printer automatically.

Just one error only this time.

We need a program that keeps track of who open’s whos uploaded files and how many times they do it. This should not simply be by IP address, but by member name. And then the next step is below,

For example: if one member pays 10 dollars. We need that pay divided up to whomever’s files he/she views. If 10% of the time they viewed member b, then 10% of their pay should go to member a. If this isnt clear then ask us and we’ll explain it better. But knowing who views what leads us to the step of dividing pay out. And this should always fluctuate with new members.

We also need a program that generates a "members page" everytime someone joins.

The job was to develop a newsletter system with members area (finished), an site with a special members area and send-to-
a-friend features (finished) and now the last work was to
develop a solution to send automated messages to boards and
a backup system for everyting (partially finished).
The "send automated messages"-part was done partially in python by another programmer, but this should be finished already (=> no python knowlege required).

What I would like to know, is if there is a way to genuinely populate our database with real dating clients perhaps by sharing a database initially with another site? is this possible?
I mean who in there right mind would join an empty dating site? (although it would be free untill we are in a better position)

If there is somebody using the same dating software in the UK that could share a client base with us (more match making possibilities) would this be physically possible?
I could pay a small fee, but in the long run this would prove beneficial to both parties as the database would grow faster, attracting more clients, and you could promote a higher user level.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, or if this is not possible please let me know.

The order process works on most computers but I found out recently that on some computers, when the cutomer is directed back to thier account after purchase, they are somehow no longer logged in and so are directed to the login page. Then when they do login the time hasn’t been added to the account.

I assume this has something to do with either a messed up cookie or incorrect variables that are being passed to my merchant provider and back but since it works on other systems I’m guessing it will be a quick fix. And since my regular programmer went out and got a day job, I’m looking for a new programmer to get to know my site anyway. And I have a test PC that does duplicate the problem so if the order process does work on your PC, you will need to be willing to work with me by phone throughout the day so that I can test the results as you make changes.

So if you’re good at PHP and mysql (and I mean really good cause my code is complex) and have time to help me out right NOW to solve this glitch, please give me a quote. Since it shouldn’t take more than a day or so anyway, I would prefer to just pay when we’re done and will talk to you about starting a couple bigger projects after we’re done with this one.

I will need to be able to enter a location, type of equipment (laptop, PC, Monitor, Hand Held Scanner, scanner, server, access point, CV60 to start with), serial number (not required), have the option to add an IP address (not required), description, and be able to easily move the item from working to in repair. When an item is moved to in repair it will need to be notated with date sent and where it was sent to. Once back from repair I need to be able to update the notes for date back from repair and cost of repair and of course easily move it back to working status.

I will need to be able to querie by all or any fields in any combination down to a single piece of equipment.

I will need an admin interface to add users with varying access levels - full access, access to add/delete/update equipment but not users, access to add and update status of equipment but not delete, update status only, view only.

Prefer this to not be a web application but it will be OK if it is as long as multiple users in multiple locations can access it - will need to be 100% IE and Windows 2000 server compatible if web interface is used.

Unfortuneately my client is demanding an Access database so it will need to have an access backend or be completely done in access (Office XP is installed on every PC and each PC is connected to a Windows 2000 server)

Please submit REAL bids that you will honor as well as realistic time frame for completion. Look and feel does not have to be fancy or use graphics etc - just clean and easy to use and querie results displayed in very readable and printable layouts.
