This is a REPOST of a project I put on here several months ago. I thought I had a company that was going to help me set this up… but after I gave them the downpayment… they screwed me. The only thing I managed to get from them was emailed excuses.

So… don’t even bother to bid if you are going to ask for a deposit because you won’t be getting it. If you can’t show me a small demo to prove you’re actually going to put time and have the ability to do my project… you aren’t going to see any money.

Here are the other requirement / specifications to bid.

Must know PHP, MySQL, Flash, (have artistic ability with flash), have knowledge of vBulletin 3.5.x and work closely with me. Since I know Flash, have artistic ability with flash and I am familiar with PHP & MySQL you will be working on territory that i’m familiar with. And you will work closely with me. Because after the project is complete… I want to be able to work with the files.

In the most simplistic manner… since this idea WAS unique… there is now something out there that exist you can know that we will be doing something similar to http://www.gaiaonline.com. No it won’t be a clone… it won’t even be identical… but basically we will be creating a Flash Designed, PHP Driven, MySQL Backend, Avatar Based Bulletin Board Game system.

That sounds like handful for something listed as a "medium project" you say.

Well it is a handful… but we will be working in mediums. We will not be implementing every detail in this one setting. We are going to do it in modular increments.

This first installment will feature the base hardware. Basically the interface, the integration with the vBulletin forum application… pretty much the CORE of the project.

If all goes well… and things progress nicely the company to win this bid will get the next and so on and so forth until we have a complete product.

So the Winner of this bid will not only get assured payment from someone who has tried this before… but they will also get future business. I’m VERY serious about this project or I wouldn’t be willing to put money into it again.

I have LOTS of the details and semantics ready to transmit to you since I was in negotiations with the previous bid winner. ANd was under the impression they were using the information to build the product.

This means that, i will have a database of urls. All you want to do is, create a php script ,that could fetch in this url and extract tags and keywords in each page.
So, before you start, you will have a list of URLs,a list of keywords and tags which you should look for in the URL.

I have an uploader done in Flash 8 (and I have the .fla file) that I need some adjustments to. Right now, the uploader does indeed work but I just need it so when a user selects more than one file at once using the Flash interface and clicks "Upload" all of those files are then sent to a .php file that then handles everything. Basically, what I want just the Flash interface to allow users to select more than one file at once to upload, then the .php script takes care of the rest. I have the .php script already and the Flash interface but I do not have the two connnected, and that’s what I need.

In addition to linking the Flash interface to the already existing PHP script, I need some features taken out from the Flash coding that is currently present in the interface but this should be real easy anyway.

Requirements:
- speak fluent english
- has AIM, MSN, or Yahoo Messenger to chat in real time
- Advanced knowledge of Flash 8
- must be available to work within the next 12 hours

From the developer, we need a first class website that appeals to the audience we are targeting with this template. The site must be fast loading and look completely professional. The CARD GRABBER will also be installed.

The assignment will include full installation on our servers and 90 days of technical debugging.
