People use this Contacts list to make calls (so they don’t have to remember the number).

I would like to include a new feild called "Local Time" for each contact in my list.

The new feild is derived from :
a) system time of the phone
b) home phone number of the contact
c) a lookup list of country codes and timezone offsets (supplied - contains 2 feilds Country_Code (Integer), TimeZoneOffSet (Integer))

So the new feild "LOCAL TIME" is derived as follows:
1) Longest number Match the home phone number in the contact list to a country code within the lookup table supplied.
2) Once matched you’ll have the timezone offset.
3) Take the system time stored on the phone - add the offset and display the result E.g. 12pm system time + 5 (offset) = 5pm

Example Step 1.
So if you had Charly in your Contacts List (address book) in your Nokia Phone as follows:

Name = Charly
Home Phone = 00612123456
E-mail =

Example Step 2.
You could do a match against the lookup table and find :

DialCode = 0061
TimeZoneOffSet = +11

Example Step 3.
You lookup the Nokia Phones Clock and find:
12:35pm

Example Step 4.
Add the TimeZoneOffset to the Nokia system time:

12:35pm + 5 = 5:35pm

Example Step 5.

Display in the Contacts list the new feild:

Name = Charly
Home Phone = 00612123456
E-mail = charly at hotmail.com (cannot use proper @ symbol as FreeLancer has a script looking for emails!)
Local Time = 5:35pm.

Offset worked out from the default telephone number for that contact -> lookup table (containing prefixes + offset value) supplied.

Result -> Providing the local time in the contact details for each contact stored. Derived from the default number for that contact and a lookup table that identifies appropiate ‘offset’ from system time.

Only thing is, it wont be user runned. Only the admins will add the videos and users can only view, rate and comment.

Also, the whole site will NOT be like youtube .. only the basic features like video streaming/embedding etc will be like youtube.

We are seeking a web developer who can begin by or before June 7, 2007, and lead the development and completion of an online invitation management system within 4-6 weeks. The site we are building will include at a minimum the following basic components:

* Ability to email invitations and track responses;
* For each invitation, inviter can upload own flyer (in .jpg, .bmp, etc. format);
* If inviter does not have his own flyer, he can select from a list of pre-loaded video flyers and insert his own text (and format text, including relative placement on flyer) - will likely require extensive Flash experience;
* Address book functionality, including ability to import contacts automatically from gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.
* Additional invitation options for inviter such as hiding guestlist, limiting number of total guests, automatically sending periodic reminders to guests regarding an upcoming event;
* Invitee can post comments regarding the invitation, similar to evite;
* Ability to archive past invitations and potential invitations for both inviter and invitee; and
* Sign-in and sign-up process for both inviter and invitee

The entire site has been designed already; we only require a developer to transform the design into reality. A PDF of the designed site will be available to selected bidders as the bidding process progresses.

Application Specs:

The application will trace a lost or stolen cellphone. The application has 2 user defined numbers where an sms is sent, containing information about the cell site id [location] of the handset. All that is required is that the cell phone start transmitting the cell id location at a preset [remote user variable] interval.

The transmission will be triggered by one of THREE events - If the sim card is changed by the user [password should allow the change] OR if the holder of the phone keys in a 4 digit code OR If an sms is sent to the phone containing a predecided text string. Once triggered, it must keep transmitting at the preset interval to the preset number(s).

The preset transmit interval and remote transmit command must be possible by sending an sms to the phone with a password + command. The password should be changeable in the same way.

Deliverables:

I will require a complete trial run, the application, clear instruction manual, source code and instructions on how to change event triggers in the application and full ownership of the IPR.

The customer will first need to logon using his phone number and a PIN before the menu options and functions are available.
