When program is executed, a properties file should be used as a argument, i.e.: pgpProgram.class C:myproperties.properties

The application should either encrypt or decrypt a file based on T/F in properties file. Once a file is encrypted/decrypted it should back it up if needed. Other properties may be used if you need to. Application must also be able to be ran as a service (it would check the directory if a file exists and then encrypt or decrypt it every couple mins).

The Website will use PHP, javascript, and HTML. Rudimentary HTML pages have been created to mock-up the business process flow. Additionally, Use Cases and User Interface documents have been started or will begin shortly for each of the features listed in the attached listing.

The mobile app will be a Java midlet which communicates with PHP scripts to excahnge information from MySQL databases. Servlets would be ideal but we need to expedite the development process to meet a deadline. The midlet will be communicating using GPRS (not SMS).

1) can java in cell phone control bluetooth and to what extend? can it open bluetooth and check for bluetooth devices nearby and list them on screen? for example: my pc has bluetooth, can java application list other bluetooth devices and will it find my pc?

We are after expert Java/JSP/Servlet/MySql developers. We want the Job to be done in 20 days or less. Also a section must be added as a web module that allows patients to set up an account that connects to there patient file (with verification ofcourse) and allows them to schedule themselves and see whats available with which practitioner on whatever particular day… It also must have a CHAT HELP feature, so that our help desk can assist them.

The program should have a clean and simple GUI.

The program shown on that page takes the stock price and maps it across the chart for each daily period. There are numerous different charts that can be used and the overlays and indicators that are used are all mathematical indicators such as moving averages and so forth. The details on how to calculate all the indicators and overlays can be provided if needed.

I would also like your price to incorporate the program extracting the data from other internet sources such as Yahoo finance and use this data in the stock charts. The main data requirements are open price, closing price, high and low as well as volume for all Australian Stocks. The rest of the program is simply derived off this data. All the history data for these stocks is available on Yahoo Finance. It would then be required to be mapped onto the stock chart according to what symbol is entered.

Good work will be reward with future projects as this is a serious project, and a potential bonus.
