2. We will create all kind of banners.
3. We want to give out a html code. Our affiliates can implement into their website or newsletter
4. The banner with the html code will be sent through e-mail or are on websites.
Once a costumer clicks on the link -for 30 days (or 2 months or 6 months ??) it will recheck whether the costumer has registered with our site
5. Has to recheck whether he has registered as a BUYER
6. Has to recheck whether the costumer has registered as a SELLER
7. For a seller the one who brought us the seller will get X USD
8. For the buyer the one who has brought us the seller will get X USD

We do need the html for the banner and the UI for our affiliates.

The UI should be very easy. You have to simply login. Leave some information like your name and address.

Once a new costumer has registered they can see

I also want this search engine to be with a cms, with which i can make sponshored links to be in bold and at the top of the results and also some ads in some specific places (i’ll tell you, how exactly i want to be the gui, and all graphics will be made from you).

What i want is a complete system of search engine, including everyting.

I also want some readme files that you will explain how you’ve made this search engine(what have been used etc, some kind of tutorial), and all the lines with comments (code documented), so i can understand each line of the code.

You can get the scripts from any source - like from any free scripts website on net or use your already developed scripts or u may purchase it from a third party. But u will have to read and understand all the code and remove all unnecessary and error producing , illogical code and add some code if required . You may have to develop everything from the scratch if required. But the code should be 100 % bug free , fast , logical and clean. But i will not compromise on features and quality with the speed. Means Features and quality are my first consideration. Before paying you in full i and my programmers will read the whole code and test it in many ways. The code should be written in a very understandable way with comments at necessary places so that it can be easily modified/enhanced in the future.

If your quality is more than the set target you will certainly get a good bonus and many future projects also. But you will need to re-develop or modify the code if quality is below the set target.
