We want to build a long term relationship with a proven link builder who can provide this service. You must therefore have access to a large number of links that you can provide ewvery month.

The brief:
We want to obtain many high quality related links to our sites. You need to supply 50 quality
The links must follow these rules:

1. Only permanent links accepted
2. All links to be one way, not reciprocal
3. Links only from pages with less than 20 outbound links
4. The page the link is comng from much be PR4 or more
5. All links must be visible to crawlers & must not include any redirects
6. No linkfarms, spam websites or FFA pages
7. Limited numbers of links from the same C-class of IP address
8. Limited numbers of links from blogs ,directories or triangular
9. Links must be on pages that have been indexed by Google within the last 8 weeks

You will need to submit the detail of each link for approval, we will sign off if the link meets the rules.

Money will be deposited in escrow.

Your quote should include the level of payment per link - preferably by PR value (of the link page) e.g. a PR 4 link = ??$, PR 5 link = ??$ etc

Bonuses will be given for more valuable links e.g. links from homepages, the only link on the page etc.

This project will be awarded this week - but will not start until January 10th (due to holiday commitments)

NB: We will award two project contracts of 50 links each (and pay for both). The contractor who supplies the best links will be awarded the long term contract to supply 100 links or up to $1000 worth of links every month.

We have several sites, which need to be optimised to gain good web traffic

I’m sorry I probably said the same thing three times, but I’m not sure you’ll understand what www.caleague.com is doing functionally. Team captains sign a team up, and then players are able to sign onto that team once they have been given the password to do so. The players edit their profile, and an important field is the GUID identifier that helps prevent "ringers" or players playing for multiple teams. The database also has a results page, a schedule page, etc, as you can see from their site. Some of those functions do look like they’re pulled from established game background script managers.

This is what I want integrated into my website. I hardly have any experience with handling or anything to do with these leagues.

b). time series (in csv format) about a wide variety of scientific fields such as: economics, biology, chemistry, astronomy, hydrology, forest research, meteorology, geology, etc… All time series must have been published in a scientific article, book, or website (full references of the source + author must be provided)

c). code snippets (C, PHP, VB, …. in text format) about science-related algorithms (preferably about statistics, and all forms of data analysis). Full description and source must be provided.
