I am looking for exceptionally good quality mails,
which could be a combination of all MUST SEE mails.

We are looking for at least 1000 images/text/mails.
You can only bid, if you have such kind of collection ready.
While bidding please send at least 10 exceptional images/mails in PM,
if you have more than 1000 and of good quality,
then we would prefer to buy all.

They will work by project and they will be paid also by project. When they sign a contract with us, they can put their sites in our porfolio.

We also have projects that paid us with a percent of the profit. We want this designers to understand this, and also accept this payment method.

Sets range from 9 or 10 to a hundred or so images. I have 22 sets to start with comprising nearly 3 gigabytes. I also have a dozen data DVDs with 36-39 photos each (6k x 3k x 48bit color film scans) to follow as well.

Attached you see 3 sample photos. the originals are digital camera photos 3014 x 2016 JPG . To get this job demonstrate to me that you can find and remove the dirt , fix flyaway hair and skin blemishes.
For sample1 if you mess with the contrast / exposure on overall image you lose the job this is the look I want — brighten the eyes a bit and certainly sharpen them appropriately.
sample2 — adjust the ‘exposure’ to conform to the look of sample1
if you crop 1 crop 2 to match

sample3 - this is ‘mature’ content so be careful about beautifying her skin. Pimples and such are ok to remove, wrinkles leave in. Adjust overall tone to a proper exposure so that the skin falls in the appropriate midtone range while leaving detail in highlights and shadows. As before clean up lens dirt.

A more accurate count: currently I have duplicates ready to ship of 8 data DVDs of avg 36-39 film scans each (6k x 3k 48 bit color 128megabyte file) and 4 more that I have yet to duplicate. In addition there are another fifteen rolls left to scan in the weeks to come

- 1104 digital camera originals ready to ship via ftp immediately

- lower-quality film scans (relatively speaking) 24-bit color 3k x 2k another 500 I believe (they’re not where I can get to them immediately they’re on a bunch of CDs )

I intend this job to be done in pieces with progress payments and intermediate shipments I don’t want to send off 3000 images and hear nothing for 2 months then have to wade through 3000 edits at once.
Rather, we will do this in stages starting with the 1104 digital camera originals. Each set will be sent back when done and when we’re halfway through I’ll send the DVDs via FedEx or equivalent at my expense (and I will expect them back at some point, certainly not destroyed or damaged).

finished results should include a simple watermark layer for the site they go on as well as my copyright. All finished files I expect as TIFF — LZW for 24-bit TIFF , for 48bit we will have to leave them uncompressed since Photoshop CS2 LZW makes them BIGGER (and RLE has no effect either way).

Clients will upload photos to the site that vary in size, resolution and orientation.
I need an application that crops the photo to exact dimensions, resolution and image format predetermined by the site administrator.

If the photo is too small – the application will tell the client that,
”The photo is too small. Please follow the photo requirements listed on the site.
This will ensure that the images in your ad look great when printed.”
We do not want the client to just enlarge a tiny 72 dpi image to a 300 dpi FUZZY image.
They need to rescan the original photo at 300 dpi and cropped to the required size

If the photo is too large - the software will automatically launch with the photo displayed and the constrained cropping frame maximized.

LANDSCAPE ORIENTATION - If the photo is a landscape photo (long) - then the constrained cropping frame’s height is touching the top and bottom of the photo already and the client just needs to slide it left or right to frame in the desired area then hit the crop button to complete the process. The application needs to instruct the client on what to do in this step.

PORTRAIT ORIENTATION - If the photo is a portrait photo (tall) - then the constrained cropping frame’s width is touching the left and right side of the photo already and the client just needs to slide it up or down to frame in the desired area then hit the crop button to complete the process. The application needs to instruct the client on what to do in this step.

Once the client hits the crop button the application will automatically crop the photo to the predetermined size, resolution, format and Mode. (FORMAT = TIFF or JPEG) (MODE = CMYK or RGB)
All these variables are determined by the site Administrator Only.

The client uploading the picture CAN NOT change these variable… All they can do is side the cropping frame left or right or up or down depending on the orientation of the photo that is uploaded.
This application will be duplicated and used at 3 separated upload pages of the website.
Each page will have different predetermined constraints for the photos that are being uploaded. For this reason the application must have an easy-to-use interface for the administrator to change all photo modifying variables.

Most photos will be uploaded by the clients in a JPEG or TIFF format and be in either a CMYK or RGB mode.

This application must make 2 image files from the original.
1st) a 300 dpi - CMYK TIFF image with a predetermined size for use in a print catalog
2nd) a 72 dpi – JPEG RGB image with a predetermined size for images displayed on the website

I would also want this application to water mark all photos uploaded with our company logo

This also has to be original code that we can copyright and integrate into our website applications.

Please let me know if you can do this, how long it will take and at what price.

Ok, we need a book-cover design for our second product (real book, not an e-book) called Playboyskool 2 - Nightlife.

The cover has to be of high quality and should look something along the lines of the attached picture. I have entered a small budget but we are able to increase it accordingly for the right person.

But we need a good graphic designer, so please post your references and past projects as well when you bid.

What we want from you(preferrably a small group of designers and developers),is high quality design. We are looking for some really cool GRUNGY stuff. Colorful-Youth-Powerful design.

It would be great if you could provide us with samples of your past work.But this is not a requirement.If you are confident,but dont have a sample to show,then just provide a link to the kind of stuff you can provide us with.We could have done this the otherway by providing you a template and make you "clone" it.But we want to make sure that the "offshore person" does have the right attitude-The grungy design attitude.WE WANT ORIGINAL DESIGN.The templates are just a proof of your attitude.

Flash is our preferred platform.When it comes to flash,you can achieve the same thing in a million ways.So,its not enough that you can "do it",but you should be able to "do it right",in the most optimized way.We encourage you to send in source FLAs ,rather than just an swf link.THIS IS NOT A REQUIREMENT,but may get a prefereance based on your methods.This is a big budget project and we dont want to make a mistake here.

I think i should clarify a few points here.
(1) I want the grungy look and feel,but i dont want a "FAT SITE" that loads forever.
(2)Stock photography is not allowed
(3)Flash/actionscript coding should be included in the bid amount.

I should be able to edit the book with either Corel draw or Photoshop.
I have attached sample of some book cover which I want you to do exactly has the sample of book attached or something better. I love the cartoon stuff. Since is an handwriting book, you notice that the sample have alphabet, I don’t mind also having a pencil inserted if you thing it will be fine for the design. Please you can use your initiative. But I love the sample attached to you.

The book is Book 1-7, but you will be designing, only one book cover, but you will strategically position the book number so that I can just change the book number, to differentiate one book from the other.

I have attached last years card, so that you can see that we dont send common cards. (translation of top text: ‘We al wish you’ and bottom text ‘a nice look at 2006′. We didn’t put our names on the card so that people had to guess from who they got the card.

For this year we want something better :-), so please be creative.
I will only pick providers who send a mockup. After accepting the project I can send pictures of my family in the position you need us te be.

I have a photography community website that is broken down into different parts (phpbb forum, gallery) that I would like to have it integrated together in a custom template. My idea is to have something similar to: http://www.nukedgallery.net/

The photography site currently has three pieces:

EzPortal: http://www.aperturehead.com/forum/portal.php (just installed , could be replaced with php-nuke frontend?)

Here is basic list of what needs to be done:

1. Custom Template w/new logo
2. CMS w/ some additional ‘blocks’ for images, etc.
3. Integrate the gallery to phpbb
4. Add a links / contact page

I would prefer to hire someone experienced with the phpbb forum and gallery system as you probably know what I am looking for.
