Key functions include

"quotation to inquery" will facilitate tour operator to submit an online quotation by set up a "complete" tour itinerary for a tour group (number of Passengers..adult and kids). for instance, start from airport pickup, send to hotel, Day1’s itinerary (all activities involved with cost factor), whether to include Breakfast, lunch or dinner, theme park’s or show’s admission etc all activities, Day2…til the end of Dayn. The final quotation will be generated after all factors considred. hence a database used for this purpose must be well (pre)setup in details (hotel rate (single room, double rooms, high/low season rate, hotel profile..etc), restaurant meals (cost of type of meals, restaurant profile), pickup services (operator profile and fees), theme park or show admission, tour operator profile and tour cost..etc etc)

User interface must be user friendly, easy to make change to reproduce the quotation

The application must support system users ‘role’ setup (login protected), each role will only access to pre-defined functional areas

Once quotation is "approved or accepted". it will turn into
a "project" for operation and tracking. The agency shall be able to continue to modify the itinerary ‘contents’ (eg., change hotel, change meals or type of meal or restaurant, change transfer operator/change type of bus, change tours or tour operators in the itinerary) and be able to ‘know’ the new cost compare to ‘quotation’ for management decision

It is desired to inform/request all the ’service providers’ in automation (make suggestions) about the service request and be able to confirm each request in the project

Once the project is ‘completed’. it will be archived and searchable by period, yearly, by requesting party or by each service provider for various reporting purpose. Of those, it must be able to ‘tell’ business volume, project lists from which requesting source (from the agency point view, whether is loss or profit) and what’s the business volume to each ’service provider’ etc

a raw data dump for this project will be dumped in a defined format to feed to ACCUPAC accounting system

Quality work, system performance/maintenance is of essential as well as delivables in phases in 5-7 weeks. Invite bidders to provide prior references, and prefer experiences in travel/tour industry

All other products are fine.

Also need the attributes already within the admin setup for this product. Will pay as soon as job is complete.

These include:
1) Make the scroll bar longer (or the viewing area larger) for viewing the main screen where members enter after entering their id and password.

2) Make the viewing area larger for viewing info, etc.

3) Create ability for certain members to login separately from other members and
view only the following information: Member ID, Member Name, Member Address, and Phone. These need to view a list of current members. Is it possible to have ability to export list of members with these fields only, to comma delimited file?

4) Add ability to choose category (and create new category) on supplier registration page, so we don’t have to labor thru classifying each supplier that joins.

5) In Admin Area, sort suppliers by name, and provide some sort of
way of either searching for a specific supplier to edit (like the pull down menu maybe).

6) In the Write a Review Area - Add instructions: "Please be professional in your comments. Some comments may be blindly forwarded to suppliers to show them what they are doing well, and where they could improve."

7) Incorporate design of new site into old site.

I will send you the exact projects details later. The adjustments will probably take a few days of work.

I prefer coders with really proofable experience with netOffice.

The design is ready and we created already a tableless website (made with DIVs) with completely the same layout. So I need you to cut the PSD, take the old site HTML, replace the images and text with what I supply you and make the connection to the CMS.
