The format that the email is sent in is not user friendly, it appears in the format I have attached (sample-email.pdf). I need a small program written (I dont know what is easier java etc. so you choose) to take the email once it comes into the team leaders email box and extract the data and fill it into the format I have attached (sample-format.pdf) and then send it to the the team leaders printer automatically.

This means that, i will have a database of urls. All you want to do is, create a php script ,that could fetch in this url and extract tags and keywords in each page.
So, before you start, you will have a list of URLs,a list of keywords and tags which you should look for in the URL.
About the budget,when i checked the old listed projects ,i found people bidding for a similar project for around $50!!! Well,this may be okay here,but that makes me a bad man. I have an uploader done in Flash 8 (and I have the .fla file) that I need some adjustments to. Right now, the uploader does indeed work but I just need it so when a user selects more than one file at once using the Flash interface and clicks "Upload" all of those files are then sent to a .php file that then handles everything. Basically, what I want just the Flash interface to allow users to select more than one file at once to upload, then the .php script takes care of the rest. I have the .php script already and the Flash interface but I do not have the two connnected, and that’s what I need.

In addition to linking the Flash interface to the already existing PHP script, I need some features taken out from the Flash coding that is currently present in the interface but this should be real easy anyway.

We currently use a billing system called AWBS (www.awbs.com) and found that it cant cope with our demands although its very good for webhosting.

Our company offers Dedicated Servers, Game Servers and Web Hosting. We need full automation so that a client can create an account, choose what they are after, pay for it and as soon as payment has been received their request is created i.e Gameserver (using TCAdmin) and their details sent to them.

We need a fresh approach to pull everything together, as we are expanding rapidly, so it will need to be adaptable when extra hardware is added to our network.

Security is paramount, and for the billing we will be using SSL.

There is a lot more that is required to be done but this is the bulk of it.

The company we are looking for needs to be well established, have a proven track record and an enthusiasm to match ours (We do not want to be chasing you to get things done!).
Excellent English and communication skills are essential.

If we feel you are not progressing quick enough in the first 2 weeks then the project will be handed to another Company.
Payment will be done 50% half way with final 50% on completion.

Completion meaning when we have decieded it is finished. This project will also require a 6 month post upgrade and tweaking period.

2. Member will be able to view supplier db in full and review supplier in the style of ebay, where member can easily rate supplier 1-5 in 8+/- categories, and add brief comments/review. All members will be able to view the rating & review. Review will also show date reviewed, Member ID who reviewed, and item of supplier, that was reviewed. This area will be available only to members, via passord protection. Members will be able to search and sort by top rated suppliers in each supplier category.

3. Admin area to add/delete reviews.

The site is 400 mb. Do not bid if this is too large of a site to transfer or it takes too much of your computer time.
