You need to be familiar with forum writing norms, if you do not already participate in forums for your own interest this project is unlikely to be suitable for you.

As the forum is currently inactive it is ok to create multiple profiles so you can "talk with yourself" to create interesting debate that other people may wish to engage in; provided you can do it convincingly so it doesn’t look phony.

The project is to last for one month, at the end of the month it may be renewed if it has been successful. Definition of "successful" is that additional readers of the forum have been enticed to participate so there is active discussion — on the appropriate topic of the forum.

Moderator powers will be given and the bidder should take suitable action to move misplaced posts, delete spam, and warn anybody breaking rules.

Depending on how fast you read/write you’ll probably spend between 10 minutes and 20 minutes a day; to research or think of a new discussion item which is on-topic, then to read and respond to any new messages.

The final quotation will be generated after all factors considred. hence a database used for this purpose must be well (pre)setup in details (hotel rate (single room, double rooms, high/low season rate, hotel profile..etc), restaurant meals (cost of type of meals, restaurant profile), pickup services (operator profile and fees), theme park or show admission, tour operator profile and tour cost..etc etc)

User interface must be user friendly, easy to make change to reproduce the quotation

The application must support system users ‘role’ setup (login protected), each role will only access to pre-defined functional areas

Once quotation is "approved or accepted". it will turn into
a "project" for operation and tracking. The agency shall be able to continue to modify the itinerary ‘contents’ (eg., change hotel, change meals or type of meal or restaurant, change transfer operator/change type of bus, change tours or tour operators in the itinerary) and be able to ‘know’ the new cost compare to ‘quotation’ for management decision

It is desired to inform/request all the ’service providers’ in automation (make suggestions) about the service request and be able to confirm each request in the project

Once the project is ‘completed’. it will be archived and searchable by period, yearly, by requesting party or by each service provider for various reporting purpose. Of those, it must be able to ‘tell’ business volume, project lists from which requesting source (from the agency point view, whether is loss or profit) and what’s the business volume to each ’service provider’ etc

a raw data dump for this project will be dumped in a defined format to feed to ACCUPAC accounting system

We currently use a billing system called AWBS (www.awbs.com) and found that it cant cope with our demands although its very good for webhosting.

Our company offers Dedicated Servers, Game Servers and Web Hosting. We need full automation so that a client can create an account, choose what they are after, pay for it and as soon as payment has been received their request is created i.e Gameserver (using TCAdmin) and their details sent to them.

We need a fresh approach to pull everything together, as we are expanding rapidly, so it will need to be adaptable when extra hardware is added to our network.

Security is paramount, and for the billing we will be using SSL.

There is a lot more that is required to be done but this is the bulk of it.

The company we are looking for needs to be well established, have a proven track record and an enthusiasm to match ours (We do not want to be chasing you to get things done!).
Excellent English and communication skills are essential.

If we feel you are not progressing quick enough in the first 2 weeks then the project will be handed to another Company.
Payment will be done 50% half way with final 50% on completion.
