I am looking for someone that can provide me with permanent one way links to all of my websites. These links will have to follow the following rules.

1. Links must be on relevant sites or relevant pages to that of my site.

2. The host site must have a homepage with a page rank of 3 or above.

3. The link must not appear more than three layers down from the homepage.

4. Links cannot be on "freebee" sites or be on blogs as a comment.

5. Links can be in directories but not on directories that are networked together.

6. Links should be on different class C IP addresses.

Here are two examples of my sites:

These sites are designed to get people to click on my yahoo ads so they are not high in quality. I’m not asking that the link be the best in the world but I need to get as many links as possible. I have a list of link text for the links for each of my site.

The website is running under FP 2003 on an IIS Server with ASp Scripts !! NOT PHP

300 x Reciprocal Links Pr3+ ( we have a directory in place for Pr3 on all pages).

Rules for links:

areas related to home plans.

No more than 30 links per page where the link is coming from.
Clean links, no Java script.
All links to be approved by me before being allowed.

Further details:
1. I will provide a number of headlines, benefits, features and testimonials that can be used. It needs your magic spice!

Keywords are between low to medium popularity. Our main keyword combination has 1,380,000 results on Google.

The keyword must be in "title" on link page of potential link partner.

Potential Link Partners will have to fit the following criteria:

The Potential Link Partner must accept reciprocal link exchange in the past(must have a links page with other recipr. links on).

Link page (where our link will be on):
- must be indexed by google (Google Cache).
- must have a PR of at least 2.
- must not have more than 30 other links on the link page.
