The site requires email verification to ensure SPAM laws are considered and accounted for. The site we require designing will create unique custom accounts for members and allow them to refer other members with reward.

Each person must have a unique ID when signed up, they select their own username and password and the computer issues them with a unique reference ID. This will be used later. For each 2 people they then refer, they will obtain another unique ID which only they can ever have.

Admin will have access to the entire list and will be able to mail out from the web server (so allow for integration with a mail server program or build one in!).

It is more in depth than this and a full brief will be offered to those that bid.

Essence of site mechanics:

Membership
Mailing List
Referral Site to allow for rewards for it’s members
Database driven, sets up user defined accounts and then issues a unique ID… NOTE, when they refer someone with an affiliate ID, this will be different to the unique ID they get at the start and for referring others, this is VITAL for the system design.

We will design the artwork to go on the sites main sales page and logo, the designers will build the database and the internal pages, such as log in, the page once logged in etc, we will provide images to keep consistent.

I need a large amount of custom development for this software. To be cost effective, a knowledge of Open Realty would be a strong advantage. If you are not familiar with this particular software application, you likely do not want to bid for this project.

The first item that I’m looking to solve is the ability to display real estate listings in multiple languages. For example, if there was a field in the MySQL database , I would like to be able to have an estate listing template in English that would show:
“Bedrooms”

and also have a estate listing in French that would show:
“Chambres”

As another example, if I had a field and it had the value “farmhouse”, on the English listing template I would show:

Whereas in the French estate listing I would have some HTML code in the template:
If = “farmhouse”, then display “ferme”.

One way of doing this is to have multiple templates (an English version and a French version). Some real estate software packages support this, whereas Open Realty appears not to. Consequently, one either needs to modify the Open Realty code to support multiple listing templates or one needs to find another way to do this.

I’m posting this project for two reasons. One is to find an answer to my issue. The other is that anyone who can understand this issue and pose a solution likely has the skills to take on the custom work I require over the next year. In the first instance please describe how you would solve my problem with Open Realty and quote me a price for implementing your proposed solution.

I need basically a clone of this site, to fit my idea, but with a few changes and improvements. and a completely different design and layout details later. remember the whole music backend script will be handled by jamroom, so that will not be a problem, PLEASE have experience with jamroom, I WILL not pay for you to learn this software, do not bid if you have no experience with it. see. jamroom.net for more info.

You should be able to build the site, from beginning to end and be able to make adjustments.

current site it on 1 server, new site to be designed, and then all artists transfered over once site is complete.

The header needs to be expandable, which is why the flash will be small (around 300px wide). I already have a template for the website content, which needs to flow with the header. PM me for website layout and images.

I will need the .psd and .fla files for future editing.

Quality is more important than time for me!

The company are in the fashion industry specialising in import, export, agency agreements etc. The template is already very nice, we wish to make it better, including:-

A. Make the template more unique
B. Add some basic customisations
C. Code the contact us form.
D. Add two additional forms - email only no DB.
E. Add music with and on off control - proper loading functions - we will provide music.
G. Add flash detection and download function.
H. Add logo ticker for brands

Please make sure you look at the current site before quoting.

The format that the email is sent in is not user friendly, it appears in the format I have attached (sample-email.pdf). I need a small program written (I dont know what is easier java etc. so you choose) to take the email once it comes into the team leaders email box and extract the data and fill it into the format I have attached (sample-format.pdf) and then send it to the the team leaders printer automatically.

Redesign of a MAZDA car dealership website.
We have a sourcecode in HTML language which have to be overhauled into PHP language. A header and footer file have to be generated, also some graphics must have a new style.

- 23 sites
- all in PHP

We are looking for new partners in webdesign.
