The site requires email verification to ensure SPAM laws are considered and accounted for. The site we require designing will create unique custom accounts for members and allow them to refer other members with reward.

Each person must have a unique ID when signed up, they select their own username and password and the computer issues them with a unique reference ID. This will be used later. For each 2 people they then refer, they will obtain another unique ID which only they can ever have.

Admin will have access to the entire list and will be able to mail out from the web server (so allow for integration with a mail server program or build one in!).

It is more in depth than this and a full brief will be offered to those that bid.

We are looking to sign a number of individuals on a permanent basis for all web designs and developments and everything else required as part of the team. We require those who will be able to manage projects and will be able to respond at all times without any delay. As time efficiency and quality is our main objective.

We will firstly start by paying commission upon every site completed (between 250-350 USD). In future, dependent upon the success of the business and our relationship together, this can either turn into a permanent position with a fixed percentage of commission or based upon an hourly rate

We currently use a billing system called AWBS (www.awbs.com) and found that it cant cope with our demands although its very good for webhosting.

Our company offers Dedicated Servers, Game Servers and Web Hosting. We need full automation so that a client can create an account, choose what they are after, pay for it and as soon as payment has been received their request is created i.e Gameserver (using TCAdmin) and their details sent to them.

We need a fresh approach to pull everything together, as we are expanding rapidly, so it will need to be adaptable when extra hardware is added to our network.

Security is paramount, and for the billing we will be using SSL.

There is a lot more that is required to be done but this is the bulk of it.

The company we are looking for needs to be well established, have a proven track record and an enthusiasm to match ours (We do not want to be chasing you to get things done!).
Excellent English and communication skills are essential.

If we feel you are not progressing quick enough in the first 2 weeks then the project will be handed to another Company.
