The Website will use PHP, javascript, and HTML. Rudimentary HTML pages have been created to mock-up the business process flow. Additionally, Use Cases and User Interface documents have been started or will begin shortly for each of the features listed in the attached listing.

The mobile app will be a Java midlet which communicates with PHP scripts to excahnge information from MySQL databases. Servlets would be ideal but we need to expedite the development process to meet a deadline. The midlet will be communicating using GPRS (not SMS).

The website will be quite simple, we aleady have somebody to design the website. What we need is somebody who can create the necessary scripts, interface and a small database for this SMS thing to work.

I know PHP quite well and I will be assisting you and we will be using a third party company which provides an SMS to HTTP gateway. I dont think this will be a very difficult project to achieve because there is not a lot to do but if someone has experience in doing something similar, we would give them preference.

Here are some specific details:
- User sends MMS message to general email address
- Photo or Video is uploaded to site for public viewing
- First time users will be emailed back an automated random password with their login name
- login name will be the senders email address without domain, if the email address includes the phone number, a random name will be given

The audience will be teens (15-21), so no kiddy stuff and not too professional. The subject/project is called Homework Helper. We have multi-media lessons, extended materials, further content, etc. Students pick by selecting their textbook, topic and lesson/pages.

I have all the back-end (DB, AJAX, WAP, etc.) stuff working, but need to pitch the front-end UI, theme, marketing, approach, etc. for a super, popular and winning site.

Needs to be good HTML (or PHP or into any Fantasico package) that I can quickly drop in my code and stage/deploy for viewing. Needs great stylesheets so I can edit during the demo/presentation. This project is going toward mobile WAP/WML, so extra thought needs to be put into layout.

When I add a second NAS this seems to prevent users behind the first NAS from authenticating (even from communicating with the raduius server).

Prototype would deliver a periodic download of my call log and voicemail log information - not actual calls, just call events in/out, vm’s in - with each event providing detail on the phone number, addressbook name (if available), date, time of day and duration of my call activity. Data would be downloaded to a MySQL database so I can use in a Mobile and/or Desktop UI.

Would basically show highlevel stats a couple times a day - such as:

Might have some other ‘updated’ content - but basically would allow upper management a way to keep track of sales without having to run reports or while on the road.

Actually could also want to bundle with some additional reports that could be run from the admin page of osCommerce - but for now lets focus on these mobile stats.

Would need someway to easily modify the mailing list so that other employees could get these stats and or multiple people, etc.

I use a treo 600 - but will be upgrading to a 700 - so needs to be compatible.

Open to related ideas - would want to also pass off to osCommerce commmunity as a contribution once developed.

Payment processor website for users to send money to each other via email. Insant transfer of money.

IPN required! Our users need to be able to purchase an item online, and instantly be redirected to another page. Our users should be able to integrate our services onto their webpage to accept orders.
Payment process and html snippets for users should be encrypted and non-encrypted.

Site must support multiple currency.

Verification of user data vs public records to prevent fradulant signups.

Integration with funding from other payment processors, except _paypal and _stormpay.

A complete auction site for users. User should be able to log-in to payment processor to access account, then go to auctions without having to register or login again. Auctions site must include rating system/feedback (like _ebay and _stormpay auctions)

A complete merchant listing area, where merchants and users can post their site.

All of the above functions must be available through some sort of administration system.

The J2ME application needs to read the CELLID of the phone with a certain interval. We should be able to change this interval on a "Settings" page. It needs to store the CELLID locally on the phone and compare the new CELLID with the previous CELLID. When the CELLID changed the J2ME application needs to sent a SMS message. The destination GSM-number and text of this message also need to be set on the "Settings" page.

A possible extra option that we would like to have added later is that the J2ME application also stores the CELLID in an external MySQL database on our own server. The J2ME application should do this by contacting the internet through the connections that are available on the phone (GPRS,UMTS,….)
